Anna Ferrandis Vila

A 2016 graduate of the Conservatorio Superior de Musica de Aragón (Zaragoza - Spain), she also obtained her Master's degree in Didactics and Agrégation in 2020 under the tutelage of Nathalie Lefèvre. In Spain, she has performed with a number of orchestras, including the OSCSMA (Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Aragón) in Zaragoza and the Caixa Ontinyent Symphony Orchestra in Ontinyent, Valencia. In Belgium, she regularly collaborates with orchestras such as the Chapelle Musicale de Tournai and has taken part in festivals such as Ars Musica, Musiq3, Tournai Jazz Festival, BigFest and Festival "Picture! As far as projects and competitions are concerned, she won second prize in the Fondation Mathilde E. Horlait-Dapsens chamber music competition in Brussels in 2018, as well as a project with the Kroma ensemble for J. Adams's opera I was looking at the ceiling and then I saw the sky, which was performed at the Théâtre National de Bruxelles, the Opéra Royal de Liège and the Théâtre de l'Athénée in Paris. Anna currently combines teaching in the FWB network of music academies and clarinet at the ISB (International School of Brussels) with her professional activities as a clarinettist and bass clarinettist.
